How do you ship your packages?

Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via DHL.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to certain locations. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We do not incur any customs fees after the goods have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to have one or more packages shipped to you, and customs fees may be charged upon their arrival in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information within 7 days, please contact us.

My tracking shows "No information available at this time".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in their systems. If your order was placed 5 business days ago but you still do not have information about your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, even if you specify combined shipping, items from the same purchase may sometimes be sent in a separate package.
